Managing the quality consulting services for Inspection and expediting, Approval of WPS/PQR, Welder Qualifications. Stage Wise Fit up and Welding inspections, NDT related activities. Raw material inspection, witnessing mechanical testing, Final Inspection Vendor assessment and Product Quality checking accordance with customer requirements. Report's findings and review of Material test Certificates. Coordinate the findings response with client/customer. Review quality documentation for compliance and prepare summary report. Schedule review process, monitor review progress, manage final summarization meeting and prepare final report. Support the business development activities.

Assessment of new vendor's and vendor's supply quality. Preparation & reviewing of QAP, manufacturing and inspection procedures. Coordinate & perform Stage wise/final inspection of structural & bought out items including rotary and static equipment's. Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on vendor quality systems i.e. vendor Supplier assessment and evaluation. Analysis & resolving of customer complaints. Preparation and submission of documentation/inspection dossier to customer. Coordinate & conducts internal audits.

Preparation of ITP. Review of manufacturing and inspection procedure. Confirmation of WPS, PQR, WPQ, supplier drawing, addressing quality issues. Expedite progress, confirming delivery schedule with internal teams. Inspection of industrial valves such as Gate/Globe/ball/control Valves of different sizes and class with reference to API 598/per API 598/API6D/BS EN 12266 Part - 1/approved drawing. Inspection of various Structural items such as Ladles, Hoppers, Beams, Columns, Crane girders. Inspection of controlled assemblies of critical equipment's of continuous caster and basic oxygen furnace project. Monitoring the progress of manufacturing at vendor's premises with regard to the quality, conformity with requirement as planned/standards.
