Survey and evaluate suitable suppliers, make
the daily purchasing decision to meet the high
quality and changing demand. However, the
vegetables and fruits are so perishable, the
ideal storage temperature, humidity, shelf life
are all key factors for pursuing maximum profit.
So I also inspect the goods frequently from
receiving, warehousing, and get back
promptly to those Q&A which reported by
operation sites or customers.

I was invited by my friend to join Tsaitung, a
new start-up to supply (mainly but not only)
fresh vegetables and fruits to restaurants. In
the beginning my mission was to lead a
stronger CS team who know more solid
information about agricultural products, thus
they could reply to our customers with
confidence and profession.
After setting down a well- organized CS team,
I switched to Supply team for fully utilizing
my specialty.
