Responsibilities
Front counter sales is the position I had at first and was trained on various ways to fix software issues ranging from OS issues to virus removal. Also had developed the skills needed for hardware diagnostic and repair.
Accomplishments
I moved from the front counter to the back of the shop as a technology solutions specialist with in two months. I help set up the new shop location and did all the sever installation onsite and helped set up the networks.
Skills Used
I used my knowledge of computers to help educate the end users on what they needed in there new desktop or laptop. I also help set up the cell phone repair department in the shop.
