Compliance Audit:
- Control 100% new SKU of Food/Non Food products comply with the Vietnam regulations and company rule on system.
- Check and manage supplier docs including legal document, product quality document from Food (Perishable, Processing, FMCG), Non Food, Healthcare and Beauty, Soft-line, Hard-line category.
- Consulting on product labeling content with suppliers based on Vietnam regulations.
- Bi-annual training and update the relevant law of quality product.
- Coordinating with MD to issue specification for buying fresh and raw products.
- Check Products’ labelling and POP at store quarterly to make sure 100% correct with regulations.
- Ensure all suppliers' food safety certificates are available for submit authority.
- Work directly with suppliers/MD to resolve customer complaints.
- Update new law related to self-declaration dossier, food safety and hygiene.
Food Quality Management:
- Conduct on-site/of-site audit Food supplier (new and existing supplier) about food safety hygiene basing on Vietnam regulations and company standard.
- Perform quality control analysis including tests and inspections of products and processes.
- Implements training and awareness programs to ensure suppliers are up-to-date with quality systems and requirements.
- Investigating customer complaints and help to resolve quality issues with Suppliers and related departments.
- Make testing plan and check test result.
- Make plan audit new/regularly supplier about food safety.
Achievement:Collect 100% product profiles from suppliers: about 195 suppliers with 14.500 SKUS for Delica, Produce, Confectionery, Liquor, Beauty and health care, Soft-line, Hard-line.
Audit about 45 fresh food suppliers/year include new/existing/ad-hoc supplier.
