Achievements and Contributions:
 Growth improvement: Collaborated with IKEA food team and implemented “Cross Merchandise” IKEA food product at home furnishing area, resulted in 20% growth in food business turnover. 
 PnL management: Partnered with IKEA food, achieved strong financial performance, resulted in top line and profit growth of 9% and 6% in 2018. By making good use of used/damaged/returned product, resulted in 2.17% contribution to $9,000 million home furnishing business.
 Financial analysis: With cross function cooperation, decreased damaged product cost by 2.3% by analyzing root cause procedure and implemented preventive action for operation. 


 Product management: in charge to launch new Co-Brand card (w/ Mazda) after letter of intent is signed and launches in four months. 
 Process establishment: established product launch SOP which includes process, work order, time plan, list of stakeholders, and relative necessary documentation.
 Design incentive program: Designed promotion and incentive scheme for bank & car dealer channel to maximize the number of credit card issues.
