More than just a coach, he is a mentor, leader, and friend, deeply understanding that sports are about much more than winning. His basketball journey began in 2003 as a high school coach in Meridian, Idaho. This marked the start of an illustrious career characterized by hard work and perseverance. He instilled qualities like toughness and discipline in his players, leading them to numerous victories. His adaptable leadership style took him across continents, from Australia to Colorado and eventually to Southeastern University in Florida. Here, his team achieved a remarkable record of 106 consecutive conference wins and six straight conference titles, a testament to his ability to motivate and cultivate a winning culture. While in Australia, his efforts were recognized internationally when Basketball Australia awarded him Coach of the Year, solidifying his status as a top-tier coach.
