I really like work related to sales targets. I can often achieve the targets given by the company with different steps. I also learned a good inventory management system. In my last job position I was involved in controlling all administrative and financial processes in the company including making the company budget every year in relation to determining the company's profit and loss. Apart from this, I have also been heavily involved in human resource management including recruitment, development and conflict resolution with coaching and mentoring systems in several company lines.
