-Customer Service:

-Develope loyalty with our customer by building relationship through 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sale
-Demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and to have an awareness of current campaign, promotion.
-Introduce add on sale and achieve maximum sale potential in line with individual and department target
-Deal effectly with customer complaints by liasing with the line manager
-Keep in touch and take care of customer in special day
-Sale management:
-Know store sale target and sale information on daily and weekly
-Be conversant with selling system, cash, credit and exchange procedure
-Store image:
-Maintain the highest standard of housekeeping and retail standard within the store
