‧Leading a group of other interns in overhauling the content, design, and organization of the current TurnUp website. ‧To collaborate with other interns to develop a series of badge icons within TurnUp’s app, and design a series of printable posters to be shared on the TurnUp app. ‧To design and prototype the user interface of the web application by cooperating with the design team.

-Understood the coffee production process, including ability to differentiate the origin of coffee, understood the roasting process, and ability to handcraft beverages with consistent quality. -Created hand-lettered in-store signage to promote sales. -Answer product questions and resolved customer service issues to improve customer satisfaction. -Operated cash register and processed sales transactions. -Achieved team goals by working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
