National Title Review Team
Retail Fulfilment process is part of Wells Fargo - Home Lending department. This process is responsible for reviewing multiple loan documents, title commitment documents of the home lending.
Reviewing and validating the title document, credit report prepared by title agent as per the procedures, guidelines and updating accurately on CORE application.
Identifying the legal issue (Judgement, Bankruptcy on the property provide decision on status of the loan to the processors and underwriters.
Review all the documents such as Title, wiring instruction, tax certificate, closing protection letter etc.
Responsibilities and Initiatives
Being an Idea Spoc, responsible for Idea decks and benefit calculation for the ideas contributed by the Team.
Contributed process improvement idea, it is approved and implemented in procedure.
Perform Reports of EOD, BOD, Timesheet, Title Satisfaction and AIR reports, Root Cause Analysis, handling IDEA Tracker.
Performed RCA to identify the major areas of errors in the process and helped in improvising quality.
I have been a part of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project. I have worked on REMS UI Scenario Builder for NTRT RPA project.
I have been a part of Indigo Timesheet Testing Team and written the script for the same.
Part of Ready for credit process and trained employees on the same.
Handled EGS production mailbox for answering clarifications and requests from Underwriters, Processors and Closers.
Handling ALFRESCO Mailbox for the site and ensuring that all the requests have been responded within the timeline with appropriate solutions.
Side by side on process to other LOBs.
Reviewed Standard Operating Procedure to build the gaps in the process.
100% adherence to OSAC and nil security incidents.
Assisted Non-BAU's to come up in the learning curve. Mentored FTE's by having refresher session on the procedures, certification and ramp up phase.
As an SME was responsible for resolving queries of Team Members, part of calibration session-stateside & R and R Gauge, cascading updates to Team.
Shared best practices to new TMs on processing loans to meet their RPH.
Performing Internal auditing to eradicate errors to mitigate risk involved in file.
Conducted Error analysis to improve the quality of the Team.
Conducted refresher training and case study to improve Team Member accuracy.
Apart from process improvement ideas, I have suggested some thoughts which will be helpful for us to avoid the delay in closing the loans.
Discussed about the TMMP access when the CPL queue got stuck due to TMMP loans. Later provided the TMMP access to few employees who are working on CPL queue.
Discussed with the FLM about the incorrect CORE disposition by the employees to avoid the Control Report Loans.
