Build a strong professional rapport with all service providers to meet our objectives, goals and deadlines. to ideate and execute staff welfare measures within Budget as per directives Adherence to statutory complaisance like Shop and establishment, FSSAI, Electrical inspection, Pest control inspection, Labour Inspection, Fire and Safety Standards etc. Supervising small office renovation/Re stack projects Accountable for complete events along with managing Meeting rooms, Board room and Video conferencing rooms. Monitor and analyse the help desk operations and provide feedback to all departments regarding complaints and all other customer feedback in order to identify trends and take pro-active actions. Ensure all Health and Safety procedure's are implemented according to Company standards. Review services offered and obtain feedback from internal and external customers on an ongoing basis and contribute ideas for continued development. Supervision of Front desk services , Customer Relations team, Cafeteria and Pantry services Managing Lease contracts, Company Insurances, Travel, and Mail room operations. Managing Space management, Seat Allocation, Providing ID Card / Access Card / Visiting Card to users, Relocation for transfer cases, Printing and Stationary. Overseeing the Inventory, AMC Renewal, Rental, Repair and Maintenance of office equipment's. Engineering Equipment checks / amend checklist, operation steps, spares parts consumption analysis. Preparation of Daily, weekly and monthly reports as per the prescribe format. Check company asset's periodically, get competitive bids for scrap management, sell the equipment to the highest bidder and update the asset register in order to maintain asset's of the organization. Preparing the ISO13485 audit reports and carrying the same. Attended the ISO audits.
