Roles and Responsibilities : Manage an array of operations including Soft Services, Engineering, Hospitality Services, Food and Beverages, Environment
Health and Safety, Forecasting, Procurement, Facilities, Asset Management and Team Management.
Space and resource management for locations to cater to the ever-changing needs of the business demands
Vendor maintenance and Monitoring of completion of the PPM in time and the pending snags Completion by taking all initiatives in time.
Take care the travel and accommodation bookings for employees in local, national and international.
Handing the house keeping and security teams and preparing the shift rotary and job activities daily.
Collecting the invoices from vendors on time and processing the same for payment to finance team.
Preparing the forecast budget and provision budget for operations purpose every month.
Handling the cafeteria on the food quality, taste and hygiene everyday and coordinating with vendor for menu, bills etc.
Preparing and maintaining the reports for ISO 13485 audit every quarterly for internal audit and annually for external audit.
Initiating of Project works, Calling Quotation, Comparison, Monitoring the work as per Work order procedure.
Involved in preparation and improvement of Administrative systems and procedure's, exceptional documentation,
Checklists, asset verification, inventory control, communication, Key management, Events, Travel bookings, Relocation,
Accommodation, Statutory compliances, MIS report, Electronic attendance system, Leave records, Printing and stationary,
Front office, etc.
