The Associate in this EE Coordinator position will work as a team with EE Champions to service our existing and new law firms, insurance companies, and corporate Customers. The EE Coordinator will be responsible for completing the tasks associated with the end-to-end Customer experience. • Complete tasks associated with end-to-end customer experience for all incoming casework on assigned accounts. • Provide Customers with ShareFile account links for secure file transfer. • Deliver service reports and add Status Date and Invoice on MLE. • Prepare Estimates and Agreements and additional records quotes.
