• Supervise Counter Sales and client interaction
• Handling a team of 7 as a Team Lead at HCL / team of 4 at Mindtree onsite
• Liaising with airlines for the Lowest Logical Fares
• Ensure client email communications are answered promptly, and in compliance with contractual service standard
• To devise best travel plans for clients with optimum efficiency and cost effective manner
• Resolved travel related queries well within SLA’s
• Organize / Manage group travel ( Inbound & Outbound tours)
• Corporate client management, Have Headed a Team of 7 at HCL Technologies Travel Desk for period of 1 Year , Tyco for 1 Year , GMR for 1 ½ year and with MindTree as Account Manager.
• Heading operations of Air Travel Bureau
• Trade Promotion – Participate and Promote well planned Air Travel Bureau Inbound packages at domestic trade fares
• Handling Domestic, International Travel and Visas of our Esteemed clients and for the leisure travelers
• Ensure air tickets and accommodation are booked with approved airlines/hotels at lowest cost for given destination and assist them with Over Seas med claim policies
• Support and coordinate the Visa process
• Provide the best customer services at the implant desk
• To coordinate all matters related to customer relationship management.
• Have handled Mr Grandhi Mallikarjun Reddy travel CEO of GMR and his family along with Mr Shiv Nadar Founder of HCL
