- Supervise and lead the land transportation line haul internal movement and 3PL - Align with all Distribution Center, First Mile hubs, and Last Mile hubs regarding lead time and demand trip - Align with fleet team for unit readiness to maintain delivery line haul - Handle mapping of route and utilize unit - Monitor vehicle occupancy - Conduct training and develop team to improve operational capability - Responsible to allocate resource planning for Sorting Center (SC) new implementation

- Regularly review these cut-offs given changes in volume and Hubs foot print. - Capable to read the forecast and collaborate with Network Planner Analyst to provide number of units's required to ensure shipments flows as per-cut off. - Deliver instruction from Manager to staff level correctly to avoid miscommunication & misunderstanding during project on site execution. - Work with Fleet to get additional unit's when required during campaign period based on forecast provided by Network Planner Analyst - Ensure vehicles departs/arrive on-time as per-cut off and maximized it's utilization by coordinating with Sortation & Last Mile Hubs's PIC. - Implementing SOPs and Policies in relation to Linehaul & Shuttle Safety and Security provided by Regional LH&S.

- Work closely with Sortation team and Last Mile Hub to ensure every departure and arrival at the destination on time - Ensure the load of each vehicle unit is filled to the maximum - Prepare additional units during the campaign period - Create routes to each driver - Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports

- Daily reports - Reply and check inbox emails for related dispute packages from other departments - Reconcile Inbound and Outbound data

- Scan Inbound packages that enter the warehouse - Sort packages by region area - Outbound packages to be sent to Last Mile HUB - Loading goods into the truck
