I started from the breakfast shift with the team leader and slowly moved to lunch and dinner shift to develop the skills in different fields, such as working with chefs in the kitchen, bartender and banquet service.
-Providing service to all customers who visit the hotel
-Working as a barista in the breakfast shift
-Working as a bartender during dinner time
-Assisting with the inbound group dining in the restaurant
-Working with the event group with event set up, catering and managing the event
-Training new staff
