✧ Over 6 years of experience in Outdoor lighting products, 6 years of experience in Touch panel/TFT LCD products. ✧ Strong knowledge and extensive experience for New Product Introduction Management, Global Supplier Chain, Quality Management, and Engineering Management. ✧ Familiar with lighting industry UL/ETL/CSA/DLC/Energy Star technical requirements and develop new projects with dedicated LED/Driver to meet it. ✧ Familiar with pump/gauge/sport equipment/child seat certification request. (EN/ISO/ASTM) ✧ Familiar with mechanical parts manufacturing processes like diecast/powder coating/AL sheet punch process. ✧ Familiar with LED / Driver suppliers. ✧ Familiar with BGA/CSP/FC manufacture process. ✧ Familiar with optical Lens, luminous, thermal simulation. ✧ Ability to work with and communicate at all levels from senior management to engineers with very good verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
