Previously I was at iMarts, a travel startup based in Taipei, worked on App redesign, UGC product structure and chatbot conversation design. 

Having lived in SEA and spent some time in the Balkans and other parts of the world brought me a unique perspective of different cultures. Designing for diversity and inclusion is at the core of what I do. Along with my past background, this cross-cultural experience has significantly influenced my work in UX/UI Design, ranging from applications for travel and yoga to the promotion of e-learning.

- Identified current problems and redesigned the B2C app to improve UX.
- Owned a UGC product from discovery to prototypes, including user research, creating user stories, designing user flows and adapting interaction design. 
- Collaborated with CEO and Product Manager to design product features and define product strategy.
