My first year at New Balance, I was a freshman in the workplace, everything was new and seemed challenging to me. Luckily, I found confort in an old Chinese saying : Do good deeds regardless of where it leads you. Since then, whenever I have a hard time on transfering my ideas into proper images, I'll hold on to my faith and keep improving myself. My second year at New Balance, my manager gave me an opportunity to transfer to marketing department. I was excited, to be honest, a bit worried that my skills couldn't reach expectations. I learned Excel and sought guidence from my colleagues, soon afterwards, everyone came to me with their Excel problems. My third year at New Balance, I started to work on my own project and assisted other major marketing events. For example, LINE official account maintenance, PR seeding and event planning. The more I get to know my new role, the more confidence I have in myself. In the past three years working at New Balance, I've gained experiences and skills to move on to a new level. Im looking forward to contributing my professional skills at my next job.
