-Plan and manage maintenance activities in accordance to maintenance procedure -Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with PTW system and acting as competent person -Maintain maintenance records -Solve recurring and outstanding problems related to the plant systems or equipment -Develop and review preventive and predictive maintenance task list and maintenance schedule to maintain equipment integrity -Ensure safekeeping and safe handling of tools and equipment and maintain its register and inventory -Liaison with other section during coordination of maintenance activities -Manage a team of contractors in maintaining equipment -Coordinate outage tasks, which include tasks scheduling, manpower requirement, manpower arrangement, liaison with contractors and report writing -Prepare monthly maintenance and engineering technical report and corrective action report -Initiate changes and additions to HIRAC, work instructions and work procedures -Monitor and optimize spare parts and consumables holdings -Prepare technical specification for external work supply and reviewing tenders -Develop and manage maintenance contracts for outsourcing services and resources -Train and develop technicians -Participate in any safety initiatives and programs to ensure safety awareness
