In the new order of Oorth, we are pioneering the product insight division which has the responsibility : 1. Designing a product roadmap with bod based on the product history that was made in the previous phase. 2. Research market analysis with competitors who have the same product scope and user segment. 3. Designing data structures to be used as the basis for big data analytics user behavior.

Solusi Pintap Indonesia is a subsidiary of MCLEI (Mitsubishi Corporation), has several products to improve the MSME economy, focusing on the general trade market. My responsibility as Product Owner in Pintap is manage one of the products, namely Pintap Kupon. Pintap Kupon is marketplace has a vision to empower motorists and direct wholesalers to get easy access to information on products so that they get cheap and close product transactions. Act as the voice of the customer to identify innovative solutions in products by: 1. Designing a roadmap and detailing it into an objective that needs to be achieved in every phase of product delivery. 2. Collaborate with the development team and UI/UX designers to deliver and develop product backlog items from user stories to be comfortable function, easy to use, and give solutions for users. 3. Work with leadership to build a measurable and targeted process roadmap to balance long-term product strategy with big business goals. 4. Provides insight into the product, technology, and market trends through research, surveys, data analytics, and A/B testing. 5. Ensure strong collaboration and communication in almost all divisions in the company from business development team, development team, UI/UX designer, digital marketing, and data team to solve problems and find the best solutions that have never been resolved before. 6. Act as product owner in agile product development team to define the direction and priority of development and product knowledge among scrum team. Achievements : 1. Make Pintap Kupon the best product at pintap with the highest number of users and the largest GMV up to Two Digit Billion under 1 Year. 2. Trusted to manage the majority of programmers combined from several products at Pintap Kupon. 3. Successfully revamped Pintap Kupon which was originally only 1 website into 3 platforms that are segmented and optimally connected to each other.

I am in charge of giving courses on data communication, web programming, intelligent systems, open sources technology, Object Oriented Programming, programming languages and information system quality management

At the end of 2018, Oorth will accelerate its rapid product development to achieve good valuations in seeking investment funding. In 2019, I was appointed as CTO, to boost Oorth's acceleration in product development in order to quickly reach the desired valuation. Some of the work I did in this position was : 1. Guard, research and propose technological developments to support product performance stability. Ex: Middleware, Serverless, Asynchronous System and Microservices. 2. Build a product vision and overseeing the product roadmap by determining the appropriate OKR from the company to the product division. 3. Enter product backlog items align with market needs. 4. Perform due diligence for the investment process. 5. Build and discuss everything in the business division for create product milestones are adjusted to the potential development of product value aligned with company valuations and present it to the stokeholders. Achievements : 1. Successfully managing oorth to become a super app by combining 9 main features (starting from chat, social media, maps services, events, donations, marketplace, notes, wallet and contribution fees) for support and empowering community activities with their members. 2. Controlling and Build the product until it reaches more than 50 thousand users and 3 thousand communities.

Early January 2018, the company decided to change its business from a software development house to a community product startup called Oorth. I have responsibilities
 : 1. Monitoring and designing the sprint according to the time, scope and schedule to be discussed with the CTO.
 2. Forming, searching for and prioritizing user stories with the business team and UX.
 3. Discuss with the business team to design product developments to align with the monetization strategy that will be carried out.
 4. Monitoring product sprint and discuss technical code with the software development team.
 5. Participate and initiate usability test events in reducing user requirements to be completed in products.
 6. Maintain good relationships with partners in carrying out integration and collaboration for products.


When I first joined this company, I got a new mandate to win more as a project manager. Some of the things I do are : 
1. Escorting several application development projects in order to achieve the project deadlines that have been determined with the client.
 2. Ensure that programmer work is carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with the feature requirements discussed.
 3. Research on technology or tools that can be adopted in an office environment in order to increase work efficiency and transparency. Ex: Jira, Bitrix.
 4. Testing and evaluating the performance of the features that have been made by the programmer.
 5. Creating technical documentation of design flow systems and mockups.
