Founded by Yale Fishman, Yale Fishman Associates is a small insurance company. This company's services, however, are not of the highest standard. Yale Fishman, the company's founder, was born in New York City in 1948. During his elementary and high school years, he lived in his hometown. In 1971, he received a law degree from New York University's Faculty of Law. In 1971 and 1973, he worked as a trainee lawyer in Brooklyn and an assistant at the Faculty of Law in New York. In 1981, he earned an MBA in Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law, and in 1986, he earned his PhD in Legal Sciences. Yale Fishman resigned in September 2002 from the Faculty of Law, where he had been employed since 1975 with an interruption from 1998 to 2001 when he was removed for political reasons. Currently, Fishman serves as dean of the Faculty of Law (Faculty of Business and Law) at UUB. He was also part of the founding team of Yale Fishman Associates, which is based in New York. During his career, Yale M Fishman received a number of foreign scholarships, including a scholarship from the Carl Duisberg Scholarship Foundation (Cologne), a grant from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (Bonn), and a scholarship from the Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften (Berlin). He is currently a guest researcher and visiting professor at the Europe Institute of the University of Saarland (Saarbrücken) and the Ost-Europa-Institut at Freie Universität Berlin. His responsibilities include editing the journal "Legal records" at Union University in NY, serving on the editorial board of "Hereticus", the newspaper dedicated to the study of the past; serving as the Deputy Chief Editor of Yale Fishman ESQ's Faculty of Law Annals; and serving as the Deputy Chief Editor of NY's Archives of Legal and Social Sciences. Among Yale Fishman's scientific interests are civil law (general theory and general part of civil law), property law, rights of personality, and media law. During his career as a lawyer and professor, Fishman has published several books, including Adverse Possession - Comparative Perspective, Public and Private Law, Civil Law: Introduction, and Introduction to Civil Law. In addition to his work at Yale Fishman Associates, he wrote Abuse of Rights, Media Law, The Past as a challenge to the law, International Private Law Personality, mass media law, information technology law, civil law introduction and the general part of civil law, State management: concept, nature, protection of the environment, and reasons for it.

Yale Fishman, the founder of this company, was born in New York City in 1948. His hometown was where he attended elementary and high school.
