Responsible for general warehouse work; Responsible for processing warehouse documents, including data entry, recording of incoming and outgoing data; Responsible for coordination and communication with customers, warehouses and drivers

Responsible for general clerical duties including daily filing, copying and typing works. Assist to handle general site administration inquiries.

• Conduct data collection, data entry and data analysis for the preparation of statistical reports • Assist the department in managing internal and external audits by providing effective administrative support to internal parties • Handle telephone enquiries from internal and external parties • Assist in 5S implementation in the office • Perform ad-doc duties / tasks as assigned
