• Proposed, designed, and conducted user research projects in small and medium businesses’ workplaces to inform DOMI energy management system development, which covered: product visioning, features design, pricing, and a Power BI-based energy monitoring dashboard development. • Oversaw the new client onboarding process to DOMI energy management system and addressed issues along the way. • Planned and managed a long-term survey to evaluate energy-saving effectiveness and the level of behavioral change. • Host in-house design thinking workshops to optimize the internal working process and tailor solutions for clients.

My research interests focused on worker's working experience and efficiency in their workplaces. The industries across healthcare, thinktank, and education. The master thesis topic was: "Optimized Exam Room Design to Facilitate Physician interaction with Patients and Electronic Healthcare Record: A Case Study in Outpatient Primary Care Exam Room."

• Been in charge of and/or participated in 15 user research projects to inform clients’ design and business decisions. • Conducted user research to digital or physical services/products at any product lifecycle stage. • Refined research tools to accommodate different strategy planning purposes.

• Supported 40+ missions and navigations; responsible for radar operations. • Observed and examined the life of soldiers; completed manuscripts of 30,000 words.

• Cooperated with internees and hosted various on-campus activities such as roadshows, super sales, and free notebook-inspections to enhance ASUS brand image, leading to sales. • Assisted sales engineers in product promotion on campus, primarily in IT month period in which ASUSTeK became bestselling notebook brand in Taiwan (2008~2010).
