• Represented Taiwan team and led POI (Point of Interests) projects in collaboration with global teams(Unite States/India/Singapore/Korea...) & successfully achieved delivery goals even after team downsizing to 1/3 and saved $2M(NTD) costs on ineffective vendors.
• Successfully planned and built up an infographic dashboard to monitor data delivery performance, and this dashboard provided senior management, decision making and high- level reports.
• Took the role of subject matter expert for traffic data including toll costs, safety cameras, petrol stations and electronic vehicles charging stations and successfully maintained timely deliverables with excellent quality. (safety camera was marked No.1 quality among the competitors in a 2019 competitive analysis by a third party)
• Proactively participated in Local Change Detection projects and applied Agile to better workflows and achieved POI data automation which saved 50% processing time.
• Developed VBA scripts for automation and saved up to 1 day each time for weekly data processing integration and analysis.
