• Design and contract out printing works (Incl. Travel booklets, luggage tags, banners for group photos and customized gifts.) • Deliver presentation and business proposal with the designated team • Maintain positive relationship with contractors and discuss working details through the whole process with salesmen in charge • Support executing events on site (Incl. Assist logistics during travel.) • Daily administrative works, such as filing digital works and arranging payments • Make plausible SOP and manage tools for public use • Guide freshmen around the department and mentor them through guidelines

• Work with marketing specialists and other designers to complete every design items • Accomplish any tasks assigned (e.g. Receiving foreign guests, booking flight tickets. etc)
