Hi, I'm Ying-Lung Lin, an enthusiastic researcher in data science. Have nine years of working experience in government and seven years of research experience, focus on applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) in civic issues. To accomplish my Ph.D. degree, I learned several data science skills. Include programming languages (Python, R), databases (SQL, Elasticsearch), machine learning tools (Keras, XGBoost), and other frameworks (Shiny, Django, Flask, Linebot, Selenium). Additionally, I have the essential knowledge in information assurance and got the certificates of Ethical Hacker (CEH) and ISO27001 Lead Auditor. Both in academic and career, I boost myself consistently. To enhance my expertise, I already published one SCI journal paper, three conference papers, and visited Docomo innovations (Palo Alto, USA).
