About me: Passionate about developing Product strategy and building partnership with customers. I have been engaging technology industry for 16 years, including 9 years in cloud base EdTech. With experience of developing SaaS and PasS products and building strategic B2B, B2G collaboration developments. By collaborating with customers, influencing their C-level stakeholders, convincing customers (Enterprises, Governments, and Schools) choose our products as their digital transformation solution. By executing product roadmap and building external strategic collaborations, we achieved 1.2M WAU (weekly Active User) and become the most popular online learning system in Taiwan.

•    Implemented agile, data driven and Voice Of Customer (VOC) in product development process. 1. By implementing SCRUM and OKR management process, improved 20% of our team efficiency in development time and accuracy. 2. By data analysis and deep discussions with key customers, we found key feature and builded up and executed product roadmap. Which leads to more than 200 times WAU growth in 5 years. • Strong cross functioning leadership and communication. 1. Co-work with Engineering team to implemented AI voice recognition as our killer application, which created 6M usages in 2 years. 2. Led sales team and content development team to leverage external resources, which increase the product WAU from 6K to 1.2M (65% of Taiwan K-9 students) and become the most popular learning platform in Taiwan during the pandemic. • Experienced in transforming Enterprises and Governments use our platform as their Education SaaS and PasS solution.
1. Engaged and convinced more than 15 customers including, Discovery Channel, TVBS, Studio Classroom (空中英語教室), and Mandarin Daily News (國語日報社)to use our PaaS and SaaS solutions. 2. Convinced and builded strategic partnerships with 7 different local governments to use our product as one of their online learning solutions. (Taipei city, New Taipei city, Taoyuan city, Taichung city, Tainan city, Yilan county, Kaohsiung city) . • A wealth of experience with public speaking and PR operations. 1.Speaker in 2021 AWS Summit online Taiwan, 2021 International Conference on Education Innovation. 2. Interviewed by Common Wealth Magazine (天下雜誌)and many TV (TVBS News) and radio programs. 3. Hosting multiple media lunches and press conferences and securing 100+ media exposure opportunities.
