I have gained practical experience in various aspects of human resource management, including:

1. Human Resource Management:
   - Managing personnel insurance.
   - Register employee work hours.
   - Handling salary administration.
   - Collecting and organizing data for the talent database.

   Through these responsibilities, I have developed practical skills in human resource management and learned how to align candidate selection with organizational culture when maintaining the talent database.

2. Document Processing: Gathering information from various schools, Verifying teacher contact details, Drafting and organizing meeting records. These tasks have honed my proficiency in office document processing and organization.

3. Graphic Design: Designing meeting presentations, Creating visuals for social media posts. It has allowed me to contribute to visually engaging presentations and social media content.

4. Administrative Duties: Editing and proofreading special publications, Compiling and archiving data, Verifying KPIs. These responsibilities have enhanced my attention to detail and sensitivity to data accuracy.

台灣台北

在台灣設計研究院中，負責以下四大領域之業務：

※行政文書相關：
NFT聯繫及投放事宜、點子松官網文章英文翻譯及上架、蒐集並整理媒體曝光資料、官方信箱之信件管理（發信與回覆）。在上述工作經驗中，主要累積與民眾說明及溝通之技巧，以及整理英文文章之能力。

※策展相關：
「不只是圖書館」展間策展企劃提案、徵件宣傳企畫提案、展間環境維護&展品整理、展覽經費核銷處理、工作坊照片篩選整理。在策展相關的工作經驗中，獲得了許多企劃提案的機會，從中了解到如何撰寫計畫書，以及如何將想法透過文書與簡報之方式呈現報告給他人。

※美編設計相關：投稿與NFT投放懶人包製作、工作坊與初複選會簡報製作，增加簡報及懶人包美化之能力。

Taiwan Design Research Institute｜Student Worker

In my role at the Taiwan Design Research Institute, I was responsible for various tasks in the following four key areas:

1. Administrative and Documentation Related:

   - Handling NFT-related communications and deployments.
   - Translating and publishing articles on the Ideathon official website in English.
   - Collecting and organizing media exposure data.
   - Managing correspondence in the official inbox (both outgoing and incoming). 

→Through these responsibilities, I accumulated significant experience in effectively communicating with the public and honed my skills in English article organization.

2. Curation and Exhibition Related:

   - Developing exhibition proposals for the "Not Just Library".
   - Submission Promotion proposals.
   - Maintaining the exhibition environment and organizing exhibit items.
   - Managing exhibition budget allocations.

→My work in curation provided me with opportunities to compose numerous proposal documents, allowing me to develop expertise in proposal writing and presenting ideas through written documents and presentations.

3. Graphic Design Related:
   - Creating for dummies for submissions and NFT deployments.
   - Producing presentations for workshops and selection meetings.
   - Enhancing presentation materials and for dummies.

→In my role related to graphic design, I developed the ability to create visually appealing materials for presentations and cheat sheets.

工讀生

主要工作為系列演講海報之設計（詳見作品集），此外，亦協助公文收發、器材管理等行政庶務。

Taipei, Taiwan

政治大學公共行政學系辦公室

主要工作內容為：

※自動通關相關：協助旅客進行e-gate的註冊、與旅客溝通自動通關的優點，以及政府推行此政策的目的等，透過向旅客說明e-gate，增加個人的溝通與協調能力。

※外語溝通相關：由於旅客有一半皆為外國人，因此在執勤當中也須使用英文或簡單韓文進行對話，對個人語言實務溝通上有極大的幫助。

※旅客分流相關：協助入出境旅客自動通關、國內外旅客的分流，以及引導旅客至對的櫃檯或出口等，以增加整體流程的順暢度。


National Immigration Agency｜Intern

My primary responsibilities included:

1. E-gate Assistance: Assisting travelers with the registration process for e-gate access, Communicating the benefits of E-gate to travelers, Explaining the government's objectives behind implementing this policy. These tasks enhanced my personal communication and coordination skills.

2. Foreign Language Communication: Due to the nature of work in airport , I engaged in conversations using English or basic Korean. This practical language communication was immensely beneficial for me, improving my language proficiency in real-life scenarios.

3. Traveler Management: Assisting arrival and departure travelers with E-gate, Managing the separation of domestic and international travelers, Guiding travelers to the appropriate counters or exits, ensuring the overall flow of processes remained smooth and efficient.
