As the overseer of a retail establishment, it is my responsibility to ensure that the store meets its sales targets, customer service goals, and operational objectives. This includes managing a team of employees by hiring, training, and supervising them, as well as scheduling them to ensure proper coverage during operating hours. I set sales goals and targets for the store, develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets and monitor sales trends to adjust strategies as needed. Additionally, I manage inventory levels, ensure high-quality customer service, plan and execute attractive store displays, and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and customers.
