> Working with the purchasing team and selecting the adequate main contractors and subcontractors considering capabilities, costs and timeline constraints.
> Challenging supply chain to deliver the data center units and other equipment on time and monitoring the subcontractor works while managing the budget.
> Securing authorities approvals throughout the execution phase and alerting the reporting manager whenever foreseeing any roadblocks or delay.
> Commissioning the training equipment's and ensuring the SE branding guidelines/compliance are followed.
