• NPI-DELL DT • Achievements: Commended at DELL's QBR in the first year. • Accomplished: 1. New product introduction: -Managed Dell OptiPlex MTE projects on Intel Alder Lake and Raptor Lake platforms. -Reviewing quality issues, finding out gaps, identifying lessons learned, and applying preventive actions. 2. 2nd source enablement: In a short-term and fast-paced environment, developing different versions of PWA depends on different material statuses to support DELL's business strategy and mitigate supply chain shortages. 3. Vietnam production line enablement: Leveraging cross-platform alignment, making sure the DT/AIO production line could be transferred from China to Vietnam successfully and meet the schedule, minimizing the operation gap across factories.

NPI-Graco/NUNA/Joie carseat • Developed and managed mechanical operation schedule and deliverables, such as build/validation matrix and assembly SOP from prototype to EOL. • Initiated Design for Manufacturing Assembly (DfMA) to work with R&D, global cross-functional engineering teams, and suppliers to mitigate/resolve 95% of issues before MP. • Controlled and monitored the design methodology and manufacturing process of each mechanical part to ensure quality and compliance. • Provided a recovery plan when an unexpected issue happened. • Extensive Knowledge: Injection molding, Tooling design, Metal tubing, Metal sheet, CNC, DfMA, FMEA
