關於 About the Project

公司在設計獎勵辦法對於新進的業務人員來說卻難以理解，無法達到鼓勵他們追求業績的效果。這次專案希望設計簡化的競賽平台，使公司頒布的獎勵辦法更能被業務員理解，鼓勵他們增進業績。

Regulations of incentives conducted by most corporations could be difficult to understand for new employees, thus may not be able to encourage them to pursue higher achievements. The purpose of this project focused on simplifying the platform to make it more comprehensive in order to improve employees’ performances.

專案目標 Prime Goal

以幫助新進業務人員理解公司獎勵辦法為目標，在公司現有的業務平台上設計簡化的競賽功能，提出相對應的獎勵辦法作為建議。

Assisting new employees to comprehend regulations of incentives and rewards was the target of this project. Through simplifying the functions of current business platforms motivating workers to compete with each other, the project focused on optimizing regulations corresponding to employees’ performances.
