a.    To enable the government to find the best decisions, a set of agents capable of learning (optimally) COVID-19 mitigation policies was designed via the virl environment.

b.    The agents are divided into three methods to implement their effects, namely random agents, deterministic agents, and Q-learning with function approximately, after being disturbed is detected using noise and random.

c.    Observe the changes in reward, action, and state to select the best policy

A rapid pandemic of COVID-19 has been taking place in various countries since the end of 2020. Millions of individuals have been infected, so that governments have had to take measures to reduce the spread of the virus. The objective of is that an artificial agent in a model COVID-19 scenario will define an optimal policy based on introductory and deregulatory measures via reinforcement learning.
