本專案為中老年人之運動健康服務設計優化專案，我們對目標客群進行深度訪談、場域觀察與服務測試，並彙整為人物誌，此外，我們也對相關產業做了競品分析以獲得更多資訊，最後提出相關設計建議，包括介面設計及營銷策略。 This project is an optimization project for sports health services for elderly people. We conduct in-depth interviews, field observations, and service tests on target customers, and compile them into persona for more information. Finally give relevant design suggestions, including interface design and marketing strategies.
