As part of the "Water for Life" initiative, I utilized a GPS device for geographic data capturing to enable the design and mapping pipeline layouts to guide technical activities and an MWater surveyor application to collect demographic information of customers to identify the status of the project's beneficiaries. Finally, I provide support to the project relation officer in raising awareness about the importance of preserving infrastructure to ensure long-term sustainability.

Monduli is one of the Districts where we are conducting the "Satellite Town" project that involves registering utility assets at various sites. To accomplish this, I use QGIS software for remote sensing, which was enhanced by satellite imaging to enable mapping pipelines, storage facilities, valves, and other fittings. During field visits, I used the Survey123 app to rectify and update missing information from the database.

This is during the carbon capture initiative, that was developed to complement a project called "Water for Life." I participated in this project as a surveyor, visiting numerous customers who we provided with clean water services. To count carbon credits, we used the MWater surveyor app to collect important information from them. The credits were earned for abandoning the use of charcoal and fuel woods for domestic water treatment. This initiative has helped to reduce carbon gases and generate funds, which were used to provide more water services.

During the Post-Code (Data conversion) project, I had an opportunity to participate in this by working with the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development in four regions of Tanzania, namely Singida, Shinyanga, Manyara, and Dar es Salaam. Using QGIS software, I assisted in data transformation and database improvement for 6 months in all these regions.
