As a GIS Analyst for the Water WorX partnership project between Arusha's water utility and Dutch water operators, Vitens Evides International (VEI). My role encompasses a range of responsibilities related to GIS applications, including designing the "Water for Life" project in Arusha Urban. This initiative focuses on customer water connections and distribution, database maintenance and mapping. Furthermore, I support the project coordinator in overseeing the "Satellite Town" project, which involves registering the utility's water network, storage, and other assets into the GIS database, particularly in the new operational districts including Usa-river, Ngaramtoni Mirerani, Monduli, and Longido.

During my time as a GIS Specialist for the Ministry's data conversion project in which I actively participated across four regions of Tanzania's mainland including Singida, Manyara, Shinyanga and Dar es salaam, tasked with a range of important responsibilities. such as providing crucial GIS support throughout the data conversion process, ensuring the database remained updated and accurate, conducting complex spatial data transformations, maintaining the database for statistical purposes, and performing rigorous data quality checks on all converted data.
