01. Online Community Management


Example: Managing a WeChat Official Account (for Succession Art and Culture Co., Ltd.)

My Tasks:

  • Created content for WeChat including blog posts newsletters, exhibition reports, and advertising.
  • Wrote and edited 300+ posts during 5 years of management.
  • Received and responded to questions from subscribers.

Selected Posts:

  • Newsletters: a campaign for an exhibition held in Beijing, China (received 2900+ views and 50+ likes).
  • Blog Post: a post describing my role as an exhibition curator (received 900+ views).
  • Sales Page: introducing limited printmaking artworks from the signed artist of the company.

02. Offline Community Management


Example: Cocktail Party at Museum

We held a birthday party for our artist at the café of the National Museum of China in Beijing. We invited VIP members, business partners, and some fans of the artist.


The event was held after the opening hours when all museum visitors left. It was the first party ever held at the venue during the evening time.


Our team received praise from our guests for this innovative idea. And the event strengthened the bond with our community members.


My Tasks:

  • collaborated with the museum counterpart to book the venue, hire the caterer, prepare equipment and install the setting.
  • invited VIP members, business partners, and other guests for the event.
  • received guests and facilitated conversation between them.

Part II: Content Marketing

Example: Andrew's Happiness Hub


Andrew's Happiness Hub is a personal brand, as well as an NGO in the field of financial management and elder people's care.


My Tasks:

  • built the brand's website and edited all contents on the site.
  • posted 3-5 contents per week on the brand's Facebook page, Instagram, and official LINE account.
  • wrote copies for campaigns, EDM, and events.
  • designed visuals (e.g. posters, logo, pictures, etc.)
