Streaming monitoring:

Monitor streaming in mainland China, includes metrics like loading time, FPS, bitrate.

Description:

Assignment monitoring jobs through Hashicorp Nomad.

The master nodes are outside of mainland China and the worker node are in mainland China.

Worker nodes charge of pull streaming and estimate metrics.

Metrics data will be stored to database(graphite) and visualize by Grafana.
