學生生涯 因為對於學習外語非常感興趣，故選擇就讀文藻外語大學專科部，主修德國語文學系，曾在專科時期赴德國萊比錫大學擔任一年交換生。為培養多元發展的能力，透過選修及自學考取國貿丙級證書，並於課餘時間參加校內會展學生團隊，期間與團隊共同籌辦「我是文藻人，我在藻藝術。」校園畫展。在另一場自辦展奧地利音樂會展演上挑戰現場解說人員，使用簡潔生動的解說詞讓來訪師生快速認識當日音樂家的背景。 實習生活 學生時期為讓自己視野不只侷限在學生這個身分，曾於課餘之餘擔任系上德文教學助理，協助學弟妹課業輔導及協助老師批閱考卷，藉由這份校內工讀，讓我學會如何有效率地進行溝通並提升自己在應對進退上的能力。於學生生活最後一年，因體悟到自身對於職場生活認知淺薄，故選擇進入業界實習，擔任高雄展覽館行銷組實習生。期間負責撰寫社群網站貼文並針對館內檔期活動設計最新電子報，發送給潛在客戶。隨時掌握館內最新活動並更新官網檔期資訊。此外也於安益集團主辦的2019高雄德國啤酒節及亞洲樂齡智慧生活展等展會活動上擔任工作人員，透過實際面對面與來訪民眾及貴賓接洽，讓我快速提升隨機應變能力。 職場經歷 透過九個月在變化多變的會展產業實習下，讓我更加清楚自己的特長及目標，喜歡站在第一線服務人群的感動，但更喜歡置身幕後幫助同仁完成公司任務，因此在畢業後選擇到外銷工廠擔任業務助理，主要負責完成客戶詢報價及訂單接單前置作業，亦負責擔任公司模具廠及國外子公司Franksieber聯絡窗口，以中立角度全力協助雙方在模具生產或物流方面問題的交流。 與多數人相比，我個性偏靜，但深思熟慮後才行動的個性幫助我在工作上成為良好的傾聽者和觀察者，對內能提供最妥善的文書行政支援，對外亦能敏銳察覺客戶需求，即時解決問題並完善客戶服務。
As noticing that earning language is not just a trend, but become an essential thing to fit globalization, I chose to studied at the Wenzao university, which is specialized in language education, instead of studying in a normal senior high school. Through the total seven-year school life, I have got the German certification TestDaf TDN4 (B2+) and TOEIC 835. I also went to Leipzig University as an international student for one year for sharpening my language skills.
In the second year of the two-year college, I chose to do an internship to get myself ready to enter into the business world as early as I could before graduation.
I was an intern at the marketing department at the Kaohsiung exhibition center. My main tasks were to collect the latest information about the MICE industries and also the events taken place at the exhibition center and post some relative article in the social media (FB, Line…) afterwards. I was also responsible to update the event information on the official website and designed an EDM for potential customer when there was a special activity.
This experience did help my eyes open widely, because that was indeed my first time to get involve in a real workplace. Also, because of this internship, I have ensured that I am interested in a job which would have chances to really serve customers and communicate with different people, either in words or through letter. Therefore, for my fist career, I have chosen to being a sale assistant, which combines all points I desire to have.
Currently, I am working at Boltun corporation as a sale assistant. I support with the internal order and quotation procedures. I'm also responsible for maintaining the customer' relationship, answering their questions against production, logistic...etc., and arrange the shipment based on customer's demand. Besides, I have been appointed as a contact person between two subsidiaries, Boltun Precision Corporation and Frank Sieber GmbH tools and design. I assist both parties to communicate smoothly and help them solves technical or logistic problems.
I am confirmed that I am ready for this position. Along with these experience, I expect to develop myself more and keep pace with the changes of the era in my profession.
