- Ran a 30-day pop up store in Breeze Xinyi for Moet Champagne brand activations, coordinated people service agency, design agency and delivery agency in operations, and achieved over 1 million sales in 30 days.
- Ran a Moet Champagne on-site display tours in 15 most profitable wine shops in Taiwan, compiled an on-site manual and educated the wine shop owners in on-site manipulation, and reconnected 300 customers in each store averagely.
- Managed the sleeping POSM reactivation plan from all 18 brands, advised a balance decision between the marketing team and finance team, and finally reactivated 40% of the POSM to channels, reduced 40% of the outdated POSM for employees, and decreased the warehouse cost to the internal audit standard.
- Improved on-site POSM preparation efficiency 80% by conducting consolidated POSM sheets with quantity updating daily with Vlookup.

- Revised the management report structure with more accurate insights to management team, by cooperating with CRM agency in data accuracy, and prevented 10+ more fraud cases from CRM system.
- Proposed the product marketing redesign plan of grown-up formula by initiating the market-size analysis in global elder market, and revised the communication terms in labels in final.
- Proposed the website redesign and SEO optimization project for Karihome official sites in branches including China and SEA, and listed down the action plans for brand management team for executions.

- Initiated a study group with sales interns for IBM solutions and business development skills every week, and generated 10K sales by cold-calling 300+ SMEs in 2 month internship period, superior to other sales interns.
- Conducted sales plan for importing global technical solution by analyzing southeastern Asia high-tech trend from IDC reports and designated potential customer P&L, and delivered action plans to GTS team.
- Initiated the networking between two other interns to NTUIB sales workshop with lecturers from IBM, and have a 20 minute talk.
