After completing a construction management program at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Jeff Lambert of Marshfield, Massachusetts, began his career as a project estimator at Charlesgate Construction Co. He spent 7 years at the company before joining Talbots, Inc., as a cost estimator and project manager. There, Marshfield’s Jeff Lambert set all capital construction budgets to $3 million and reviewed general contractor bids and owner leases. He subsequently worked in management roles at Crown Construction Co. and EMJ Corporation. In 2004, he joined Ocean Bluff Development.
Now serving as CEO of Ocean Bluff, Mr. Lambert oversees day-to-day aspects for the construction of major residential and commercial projects. His responsibilities range from cost estimating and project scheduling to securing necessary permits for construction. He has facilitated more than $150 million in projects, including multi-unit apartment complexes and a 125,000-square-foot medical and office building in Marshfield.
In ensuring effective and efficient delivery of these projects, he works alongside zoning, building, and board of health departments at local municipalities, in addition to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Complementing nearly three decades of project management experience, he holds membership with Associated Builders and Contractors.
