In the preparation stage, by adapting a quick flirting data pool designed by me. Garmin targeted 700 talents talents from the past 2 years campus recruiting events and received 400 applicants.
In the end, we recruited 10/21 vacancies for 5 teams by hosting 3 group interviews within 128 graduate students from top universities.

Act as a project owner to make recruiting strategy.
By creating labels of Garmin job bands and major of study in school, we speed up the mapping rates and raised interviewing times with continuous approaching emails.
Act as an internal coach to instruct APAC HR team how to operate cloud drive to improve workflow.
- Edit teaching materials and sharing to IT team to enlarge the influence to the organization.
- Review current workflow and provide possible solutions to speed up the process.
