1. 台灣攝影機設備製造商「雲端影像監視服務」是中華電信第一個海外業務合作案。

Generated new sales opportunities by utilizing telecom resources, plus value-add services in alliance with CPE (Customer-premises equipment) manufactures and partnership with overseas ISP, mainly focusing on IoT and cloud-based  SaaS (Software as a Services) solutions.

1. DSL Router網路管理軟體產品管理，全新版網路偵錯以及網路地圖軟體企畫與專案管理。

2. OTT Set-top box軟體產品企畫，整機專案管理。整合Set-top box與D-Link影音與監控等相關服務，提供使用者影音娛樂家用平台。

3. DSL Router網路管理軟體新專利提案獎金及榮譽獎勵。

Software Product Manager | D-Link Corporation 

Performed software network product development, from concept to commercialization and brought it to the market through collaboration with UX experts, software team in China, OEM/ODM companies and OBU sales. 

Launched a first of Network Helper and Map for DSL Router. Helped our ISP customer to reduce their number of help desk calls, service expenses and improved customer satisfaction.

Developed Android OTT Set-top Box with user-centered design. It allowed our ISP customer to install and provide customized media apps for their customers, hence improve ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).

Responsible for competitor analysis, defining product roadmap, writing the MRD, PRD, FSD and monitoring development progress.

Responsible for camera module project management from initiation to mass production. Responsibilities included reply RFP, cross-functional collaboration and communication with R&D (ME、EE、FW、OD), sales, plants and suppliers to secure camera modules be well-manufactured on time. The teamwork captured about 40% of the global market share.
