Take the example of streaming video service myVideo (during service in Taiwan Mobile period) I created a TV business ecosystem.
1. Probe the existing user data, mobile watching amount is large, TV watching time is long. so, Increasing cross-platform user numbers that will expanding myVideo subscribe period.
2. Predict the trend of TV and Set-top box will be like mobile phone : higher quality and lower prices. Users will easier to own the network connected device.
3. Many milestones have been established :
• Lead the development of Android TV APP, got official recommend on Google Play, and made deep business partnership with well-known TV and Set-Top Box brands, such as Sony, Hisense, TCL, PHILIPS, SHARP, BENQ, etc.
• Lead the development of Apple TV APP, In the Taiwan App Store ranks better than the world-class level Netflix, and got official recommend by Apple many times.
• Collaboration with about 2 million subscribers cable TV company (KBRO, TBC) , according to their system environment, created the suitable product to meet the multiple watching needs of users.
2020 - Present
1. In Charge of myVideo's whole products Development, Growth and Optimization. Lead a senior PM Team, product management scale : Website, Handset APP, TV APP, AI Speaker, Device Partner Ecosystem and provide Total Product Solution to ameliorate MAU, MVU.
2. Created a TV Business Ecosystem.
• Apple TV APP got official recommend by Apple, and placed [Popular Free Apps] Top 2, and develop the TV bundle package launch to the market.
• Collaboration with about 2 million subscribers cable TV company (KBRO, TBC), according to their system environment, created the suitable product to meet the multiple watching needs of users.
