主要負責 OA 環境運維自動化的部分，負責 Windows /Linux OS 運維，AD / Backup / Antivirus / Netapp Storage，以及虛擬化技術。 對於 VMware 虛擬化技術有較深的著墨，
從 2008 年來，我們高度虛擬化了server farm 實體機大量節省電力、機房空間的需求，以及減少硬體人力的維護。接著進一步 p2v 了 business critical service (SAP / Oracle / MS SQL)，我們做到了 db 全虛擬化，藉由虛擬化的幫助，我們打造了雙激活 active-active DataCenter，讓公司重要 Service 在歲修期間仍能繼續提供服務，幫公司一步一步地朝 SDDC 方向前進。
最近一兩年則導入大量的自動化，使得原 HPC 的實體機運算可以依照需求自動轉成 ESX 並且快速大量部屬VM，一小時可提供 600 台 VM，從原先的 high performance 轉為 throughput mode，快速消化 RD Jobs;也可依照需求自動轉回 HPC 實體機。

快速消化 RD Submit jobs，提高機器硬體資源使用率。因此提供一機制可以依需求快速轉換 HPC 實體機為 Hypervisor，並且快速佈署大量 VM (~600 vms in one hour)，當需求減少，則可回收 Hypervisor host 轉回 HPC 實體機(虛實整合)。

為了快速提供一個安全隔離的環境，導入自動化技術，藉由 SDS (software-defined storage) / SDN (software-defined networking) / VM (IAAS) 整合三塊要素快速提供使用環境。

分析公司 application 特性，初期我針對了特定期間有大量機器請求的 application，設計了一套可以自動根據應用程式的使用需求動態調整資源，當需求量增加時，會自動 auto scale-out，當需求量減少時，會自動 auto scale-in 回收資源。讓有限的資源可以做最大的運用。

期間我們 90% 高度虛擬化 OA Services，除了減少實體機的請購，同時也大幅減少了機房機櫃的需求，及電力支出，達到機房節能省碳綠能的效果。
專案
針對公司重要服務，依照其實際工作負載，透過資料收集 / 分析，去預估接下來的資源需求量，當需求增加時，透過 Orchestrator 自動化去動態擴展資源(auto scale-out)，當需求量減少時，則自動化回收資源(auto scale-in)，除了確保重要系統的 SLA，也在有限的資源下做資源的充分運作。
我們提供了IaaS Portal，並且整合電子表單讓同仁可以快速申請vm，請可透過portal 管理名下所有機器，同時提供自行開關機，take vm sanpshot，open vm console 等功能。
樂於接受挑戰，並主動研習新的技術，然而技術沒有好壞，必須針對企業的需求，公司 policy，因地制宜的尋找一個合適的 solution，從問題根本上幫公司解決問題。
