我是陳宥嘉,來自台中,畢業於國立政治大學心理學系。我很活潑,也喜歡交朋友,更充滿好奇心、喜歡體驗不同的生活。我擅長與人建立良好的關係,並且相信良好的關係是溝通以及問題解決的根本;另外,我也對自己的學習能力十分有信心,故有勇氣以業務的身分去探索像先前的機械設備業、金屬加工製造業、或是往後任何未知的領域。


求學過程

國中畢業後,曾前往美國 Oklahoma 州參與交換學生計畫一學年,因此英文是我擅長的能力;同時,我也交到許多好朋友,直到現在都還有聯繫。我在大學主修心理學,讓我有能力用不同的角度看事情,除了知其所以、更想知其所以然。除此之外,心理系也教會我如何同理他人、設身處地為他人著想,不只是客戶,也包含其他部門的同仁,幫助我在和他人溝通時減少許多誤解和摩擦,也讓我在工作中能夠真正了解他人的需求、並替他人找出解決的辦法。


皇將科技

退伍後,我在台中開始了我的第一份國外業務工作。我應徵上一間藥品包裝機械的製造公司—皇將科技,因無工程或商管等背景知識,這份工作無疑是一份巨大的挑戰。隨著對作業流程及產品的熟悉度不斷增加,除了更了解如何給客戶快速且精確的回覆、也增加許多與不同部門的溝通經驗。另外,還有一段特別的經歷。在2017年1月,我和另一名夥伴從遴選中脫穎而出,被主管選為6月份新品發表會之兩位主持人。在這之前,我和我的夥伴都沒有主持相關的經驗,於是我們一起參考前人的資料進行討論,並在經過許多次預演後,匯集主管、同仁的建議逐步完善講稿。 另外,我還有負責流程規劃以及主管講稿翻譯。在活動開始的前幾週,因客戶及代理商參與人數眾多,故再召開準備會議,決定分為中文場及英文場進行發表會;而其中中文場又需分成兩組,因此,流程時間的規劃、以及講師行程安排上,我花了許多功夫。這次發表會的收穫十分豐富,除了增加主持方面的技能外,也因需兼顧印度區之工作,而大大地讓自己提升時間管理的能力。


和大工業

2019年,我加入和大工業,擔任國外業務,和大工業的主要產品為各式交通工具/機械使用的齒輪、軸等零件。從客製化的機台設備,轉換跑道至量產產品的業務,對當時的我來說確實是一大挑戰,特別是品質、交期等項目的概念完全不同。於是我從量產管理、客訴處理開始學習,到後來可以獨立開發新專案。其中自2020年8月起,我接手一個非常重要的電動車新客戶的專案,耗時2年,最後在2022/11月成功導入量產,預估最高年量時(2027年)帶來的營業額達新台幣3億元。與此同時,我也能抱持與客戶/代理商的良好關係,其中一位代理商的負責人甚至在我離職後主動提供推薦信,請見附件。


結語

因為有源源不絕的學習動力,故能有勇氣去探索自己不熟悉的領域,並在其中找到成就感。在未來,我期許自己能繼續挑戰不同的領域、並在車用工業中探索更多,非常期待能為 貴公司及團隊帶來貢獻。

Hi, my name is Yu-Chia Chen. It is my pleasure to have this opportunity to introduce myself. I graduated from National Cheng-Chi University, majoring in Psychology. I am an outgoing and curious person, and I like making friends as well as living in different lifestyles. I really have big passion in building strong connection with people, firmly believing that a strong connection is fundamental to effective communication and problem-solving. Additionally, I have confidence in my learning abilities, which gives me the courage to explore various fields , such as the previous experiences in the pharmaceutical packing industry, metal processing industry, or any unknown areas in the future.


During School

I went to Comanche High School, Oklahoma through an exchange program for two semesters in 2006~2007. Hence, I am confident with my English skill. Also, I made many friends there who are still in touch with me today. Majoring in Psychology taught me not only how to see things from various perspectives, but also how to empathize others. This has made me a considerate person, who is able to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts while communicating with others. For instance, when working, I can always truly understand customers' demands, and find the most suitable solution that customers actually need.

After my mandatory military service, I started my first job as an International Sales in a company producing pharmaceutical packing machines, despite lacking a background in engineering or business management. It was a great challenge for me. Gradually, I became more and more familiar with all the works and the products, which enabled me to reply customers more precisely and rapidly. In addition, I was named the Host of the Annual New Product Launch because of my English proficiency. I was in charge of not only the speeches, but also the agenda of the whole event. Overall, the Launch Event went very well. Holding this event not only helped me improve my speech skill, but also taught me how to manage my time perfectly in order to finish my work as a sales while preparing for the event.


Hota Industrial Mfg. Co., Ltd.

In 2019, I joined Hota Industrial Mfg. Co., Ltd. as an International Sales / Account Manager. The company's main products include gears, shafts, and other components used in various transportation vehicles and machinery. Transitioning from customized machine equipment to mass production products posed a significant challenge for me, particularly in terms of quality and lead time concepts, which were entirely different. I started learning from production management and handling customer complaints, and eventually progressed to independently developing new projects. One notable project was in August 2020, when I took charge of a crucial electric vehicle client's project, which took two years to complete and successfully launched mass production in November 2022. The estimated annual revenue from this project is expected to reach 300 million NTD by 2027. Meanwhile, I also maintained good relationships with customers and distributors, and one distributor even voluntarily provided a recommendation letter for me after I left the company, which is attached for your reference.


Conclusion

Due to a constant and abundant source of learning motivation, I have the courage to explore unfamiliar fields and find a sense of accomplishment within them. In the future, I envision myself continuing to challenge different domains, particularly exploring further within the automotive industry.
