Biography

     I am Pei Heng Hsieh, from a three members family. When i was a kid, my parents used to work busy.Because of being a latchkey kid, I developed an independence personality.

     I started playing Bass guitar since high school. As a event general coordinator of Pop music club, my job was Planning activities, and had to negotiate with the others high school to present a show. Which made me learn how to get along well with other people. My English grades was quite good when i was high school and that's the reason why i selected German as my major in college. The reason why i enhanced my English ability is because i loved instrument and different music genre, some foreign musician or producer shared their idea or speech on the internet. I really wanted to know what they said. So i spent a lot of time reading English article and watching videos.

     Besides my major, i also chose international trading as my elective, so that i can understand how does it work. During the college period, i worked at Coldstone creamery for 3 years. I became a part time Supervisor, my job was staff assignment, i needed to control work process, because the customer flow were up to 500 each day, it was a really stressful and rush job. I really appreciate such valuable experience, which makes me being responsible.
     

     My first full time job was employed at Topmetal, which is a raw metal material trader.  I dealt with foreign customer and vendor. Our main produce is Aluminum coil, which using in diaphragm of Hi-Fi speaker or some precision parts of consumer electronics. Researched different material for various uses.
     
     Nowadays, I am working at ATB Instrument Store, which is one of the biggest Instrument Store in Taipei. I learn a lot of equipment knowledge from this job, such as electric guitar/bass/acoustic guitar adjustment, electric piano,drum installation, home recording, Daw operation, even though PA system setting. It's really helpful to me to understand instrument. I am confirmed that I am ready for this position. Along with these experience, I hope to develop myself to keep pace with the changes of the music industry.
