- Developed and implemented the ISOP (Information System Observability Platform) to replace the company's existing infrastructure monitoring mechanisms.
- Planned and led the system architecture of the platform, collaborating with six departments, including IT Infra and FAB units.
- Facilitated frequent communication with department managers and engineers to integrate requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Successfully onboarded and monitored nearly 500 units, including servers, databases, networks, storage, and applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in containerization and proposed to containerize the ISOP platform, integrating previous experience and conducting a successful Proof of Concept (PoC).
- Persuaded Infra manager and senior executives to adopt Docker for containerized management, anticipating future trends and technological advancements.
- Utilized Prometheus and VictoriaMetrics for metrics collection and integrated the company's existing alert mechanism into Grafana Alert
