  • Assisted CFO in generating all hotel reports (daily and monthly). Filed all tax returns and extensions for 30+ entities (five properties). Assisted COO with vendor bids for projects and the creation of a new employee handbook for all five hotel properties. Assisted CFO with bankruptcy closing of a property. Generated consolidated month-to-date and year-to-date P&L statements for all five properties. Produced daily, weekly and annual Occupancy Reports for the five properties. Controlled Corporate office's expenses and charge-backs. Set up company's first e-mail account system and wrote a "user-friendly" manual for the five Controllers and Corporate office staff. Created new financial memorandum for future investors and worked with Ian Schrager reviewing weekly invoices and payments for the five hotels.
