For the last six years at Discovery I've worked both in freelance and staff Producer capacity in the Reversioning Department, delivering special projects for Discovery's portfolio brands, such as TLC, Discovery, Quest UK, Food Network, Travel Channel, Animal Planet and many others.
Mainly focusing on Lifestyle content, I produced and customised repackages for high promotable TV shows, applying different localisation strategies. I worked with various stakeholders, ran tenders for international production companies, ensured project delivery within budget and time, produced bespoke versions of different programmes. My responsibilities included: production budgeting, contracts, negotiations with talent, shortlisting concepts, approving scripts, overseeing set build, directing local film crews, directing voiceover sessions, overseeing the edit and many more.
I managed projects of different scales, to name a few: TLC Most Extreme (a repackage of 20 shows into 4 themed episodes for Russia); Sex Sent me to the ER (customising very American show for Russian market by adding local presenters and re-structuring the existing show), Skyscraper Live (cutting down a live event show to one hour repeat and adding extra material), Science Night (replacing American narration by Russian presenter and creating new customised graphics package). I worked with Media Management tools, such as Palm, IBMS, iMediaflex, Avid and Interplay central. I also edit in Adobe Premiere, Avid and Final Cut.

had 1100+ followers and closed Facebook group connected 800+ mums and dads from all over the world. I hosted webinars and interviewed specialists on YouTube and shared
my passion for multicultural upbringing for Russian-speaking children through Social Media
channels.

East2West is a Moscow-based news agency that produces stories in Russia and other ex-Soviet countries for Western media as well as providing full support for foreign production companies working in Russia
I worked as a journalist, researched and curated news, developed ideas for new productions and print stories, led independent investigations for news articles and films.
As well as working on dozens of stories commissioned by leading UK newspapers (some of which ended up on the front pages) and film production companies, in May 2009 I assisted a production team from BBC World Service radio's Europe Today' programme with a special show covering Moscow's Eurovision song contest.
Prior to that, I worked for various TV channels in Russia (RenTV, TNV, VGTRK).
In fact, my TV experience started when I was ages 4 years old presenting for children's TV.
My experience includes and not limited to newsroom journalism, on-air presenting, scripting and editing on linear and non-linear editing equipment
